About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, driven Human Resources Business Partner to play a critical role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and benefits administration while evolving into a broader HR scope as the company grows.

In this role you will;

  • Accurately process semi-monthly/bi-weekly payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee timekeeping, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS systems with up-to-date information.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring payroll and benefits enrollment are seamless.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to support reporting, audits, and compliance.
  • Support benefits administration, including open enrollment, employee questions, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including policy questions and communication.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving HR processes, systems, and engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to HR metrics reporting and identifying process improvements.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday, etc.) and basic knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to take on new responsibilities and learn across HR functions.
