QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma required, post high school education preferred
• Management experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong communication skills required
• Speak, Read, Write in English
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required
• Knowledge of beef production processes a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures area is properly staffed to meet operational needs
• Monitors production area by evaluating product and administering corrective procedures as sees fit (i.e. provides on the job training and support to supervisor).
• Meets volume goals, Reduce claims, Maximize yields, Reduce costs
• Maintain a good working relationship with Union, USDA, Quality Control and Maintenance employees
• Manage the movement of bids, new hire placement, and turnover reduction
• Facilitate and/or participate in group meetings
• Ensure company policies are being followed
• Maintains work safety regulations.
• Greets and speaks with personnel to provide cohesive working environment
• Other duties as assigned
