Job Description
Description:
Who are we?
This is an exciting opportunity to join Trucker Path Insurance (TPI), the newly formed retail agency arm of Trucker Path. Trucker Path is the #1 app for truckers in North America, with one in three truckers using it monthly to safely and efficiently navigate the roads, find parking, access fuel discounts, and much more.
TPI leverages Trucker Path’s brand recognition, technology, and ecosystem of 1M+ truckers to provide tailored insurance solutions to the existing community and new customers alike. Now, we’re seeking a Growth Product Manager to lead growth hacking initiatives that will fuel TPI’s expansion.
What’s the job?
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and experimentation. Your mission is to identify, test, and scale innovative growth levers—helping us rapidly acquire, engage, and retain professional drivers as TPI customers.
This is not traditional marketing. You will own the growth engine: combining creativity with rigorous data analysis, leveraging Trucker Path’s massive distribution platform, and running fast experiments to uncover what works.
Responsibilities
• Own the growth loop: Build and optimize acquisition, activation, referral, and retention strategies that make the product itself a driver of growth.
• Run experiments at scale: Design and execute rapid A/B tests, multivariate tests, and funnel optimizations to validate hypotheses.
• Leverage distribution: Develop creative growth hacks across Trucker Path’s ecosystem (in-app prompts, partnerships, referral mechanics, community programs, and viral loops).
• Data-driven decision-making: Define KPIs, measure everything, and translate insights into action. Funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn) will guide your roadmap.
• Bridge product & marketing: Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to ensure growth initiatives are deeply embedded in the product experience.
• Community-led growth: Build and manage user communities and driver councils that foster engagement and provide insights for product improvements.
• Demand generation: Design and execute campaigns that integrate digital marketing, paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle email, and in-app engagement.
• Market insights: Act as the voice of the driver, bringing local and industry-specific insights to guide product and growth strategy.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM-related field with a minimum 3.9 GPA.
• Experience in growth product management, growth operations, or product-led marketing is strongly preferred (3+ years), but not strictly required.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling growth experiments that drove measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills: comfort with SQL, product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4), and A/B testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with growth hacking frameworks (e.g., Pirate Metrics: AARRR —Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
• Creative problem-solver who can think scrappily, test ideas quickly, and scale what works.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, ops).
• Understanding of user acquisition channels: SEO, ASO, paid media, referral systems, lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in or passion for the trucking industry and the unique needs of professional drivers is a plus.
