Grants Manager B - Contract - Philadelphia, PA

Proclinical is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee post-award activities for a research institute focused on RNA innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves managing financial aspects of assigned grant portfolios, assisting with proposal and budget development, and ensuring compliance with sponsor guidelines. The successful candidate will work closely with principal investigators and various research support offices to address financial issues and manage complex grants.

The Grant Manager B's responsibilities will be:

• Manage post-award activities for complex grants, including industry-sponsored and training grants.
• Ensure adherence to budgets and sponsor regulations by Principal Investigators (PIs).
• Oversee account setup, monitor expenditures, handle invoicing, and execute account closeout.
• Maintain salary allocations and prepare monthly financial reports for PIs.
• Conduct financial analysis and hold monthly meetings with PIs to review grant funds and provide forecasts.
• Set up new awards, including budget entries and subcontract processing.
• Manage grant efforts, maintain salary grids, and ensure proper grant closeout.
• Prepare annual sponsored program budgets and assist with complex grant submissions.
• Process biannual effort reporting.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
