Job Title: General Laborer – 3rd Shift
Location: Aurora, OH
Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Pay: $18.00/hr. – $20.00/hr. (with scissor lift certification)

Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers for a temporary night-shift construction project inside a distribution center in Aurora, OH. This position runs through December with the possibility of extended work. Attendance is of utmost importance as this is a deadlined project. ATTENDANCE and PUNCTUALITY is mandatory!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the construction of the interior of a distribution center

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment as needed

• Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, site cleanup, and assisting skilled trades

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Work independently and solve problems as they arise

• Keep deadlines in mind and meet project timelines

• Operate a scissor lift (if certified)

Requirements:

• Prior construction knowledge or experience required

• Must be reliable and able to work the full assignment through April/May

• Ability to work independently and show initiative

• Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness

• Hardworking with a “deadline-driven” mindset

• Scissor lift certification preferred (higher pay available for certified candidates)

Schedule & Pay:

• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM

• $18.00/hr. base pay

• $20.00/hr. with scissor lift certification
