Looking for an Outgoing, Positive, Multitasking, Focused Individual that can wear many Hats!

This position is responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance Director in the execution of Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives across the company. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Executes existing QA procedures for new and existing clients.

· Conducts QA Calls with new clients.

· Assists in implementing new and developing QA initiatives and ensuring compliance as the company grows.

· Researches issues, summarizes findings. Provides recommendations to management for training and coaching purposes. Keeps
statistics and reports them to management for performance improvement opportunities. Handles critical workloads and/or department
special projects as assigned.

· Investigates and responds to QA inquiries, problems, questions or requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure resolution.

· Maintains and updates multiple spreadsheets.

· Updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

· Assists in email and prospecting campaigns

· Aids in data entry and tracking.

· Performs other duties as assigned by QA team.

Desired Qualifications

· Tech Savvy

· Advanced experience with both Microsoft Office and Google Drive, especially Excel and Sheets

· CRM/Salesforce experience a plus

· Strong Attention to Detail

· Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

· Proven skills in Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking

· Time Management in a Fast-Paced Environment

· Ability to proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting

· Team Oriented

· Positive and have a Strong Work Ethic

· Degree and/or certifications in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Communications, Marketing or similar
programs, preferred

· Available 9:00 AM -5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, subject to change slightly
