In this pivotal role, you'll oversee email and SMS marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000 annually
What You'll Do
Design, execute, and manage high-performing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Oversee communication between technical and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Collaborate with growth and management teams to optimize user conversion rates, minimize unsubscribe rates, and increase engagement.
Ensure all email marketing activities adhere to industry compliance standards and best practices.
Maintain email databases and oversee IP reputation management.
Utilize web technologies and analytics tools to drive engagement and refine strategies.
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems.
3+ years of email marketing experience managing campaigns with lists exceeding 1,000,000 subscribers.
Proficiency in managing ESPs (Email Service Providers).
Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Proven success in executing high-volume email campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
