Specific responsibilities include: Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues. Implement quality control implementation. Produce required contractual and programmatic reports, briefs, and training material. Implement and exercise quality - control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements. Contribute to portions of the project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables. Implement short (tactical) and long term (strategic) work plans to ensure work performance. Contribute to the formulation and enforcement of work standards. Coordinate with Government customer for assignment of work schedules. Review and remediate work discrepancies. Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals. Participate in training for incoming contractors. What You Will Need: Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelors Degree TEN (10) years of experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management. FIVE (5) years of leadership experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management. THREE (3) years of experience in academic instruction.
