The right candidate would have strong organizational and leadership skills, be comfortable making decisions and enforcing processes, and be detail-oriented, but able to see the big picture. We would prefer applicants with home services experience and experience with dispatching, scheduling, and office management. This role is not a good fit for those who avoid conflict or accountability, prefer to be micro?managed, or struggle in a fast?paced environment.
