Paul Hastings is seeking a Document Review Attorney for our Investigations & White Collar and Complex Litigation Practices. This role will be remote and candidates may be located in any U.S. state where we currently have an office. This is a full time, direct-hire role. Candidates must have experience in the following: 5 or more years of relevant eDiscovery experience in Am Law 100 or 200 firm environments, or significant document review background Experience working in all factfinding phases of the EDRM, with a focus on document review workflows Extensive experience with document review and file management platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, and Opus 2 Experience with TAR and advanced review tools, for example Brainspace and Relativity Analytics Strong working knowledge of document review best practices and workflows Excel experience, especially with regard to data exports and privilege logs Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexibility to work extended and sometimes unpredictable hours, including weekends and holidays Active US bar license in good standing in jurisdiction where they are located Key Job Responsibilities will include: Performing and managing document review including: protocol and coding panel preparation, drafting searches, and 1L / 2L / QC / redaction / privilege and pre-production reviews Preparing privilege logs Working with the Firm's eDiscovery vendors and coordinating communications between case teams and vendors The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $80,000 and a maximum of $125,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
