Digital Advertising Specialist (In-House)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional communication and support.
• Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations to meet their goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations, and improve ROI.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within digital advertising.
• Proven track record of achieving client objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform and its various features.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
