We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk in Madera, CA to assist with entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our systems. This is a temporary position that will continue until the completion of a specific project.

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Madera, CA

Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

Job Type: Temporary (until project completion)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into internal databases and systems
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Review and correct data discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Perform general clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous data entry or clerical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and focus during repetitive tasks.
