The Role: Creator Experience Manager

Are you a creator at heart? Live for helping others go viral (and stay there)? We’re looking for a Creator Experience Manager who’s not just fluent in Reels and TikToks—but knows what it takes to build a digital empire.

You’ll be the go-to person for creators on our platform—from first login to big wins. Whether you're hyping new features, hosting onboarding sessions, or dropping fire content strategies, your mission is to make every creator on pop.store feel seen, supported, and successful.

What You’ll Do:

🌱 Onboarding & Training

• Help creators hit the ground running—think 1:1 walkthroughs, fun webinars, and setup parties.
• Guide them through content formats (yep, including that “Netflix-style” magic).
• Show them the money: digital product sales, affiliate tools, subscriber-only communities.

🎬 Content Strategy Vibes

• Brainstorm with creators to turn their ideas into scroll-stopping series.
• Share what works—think better engagement, higher conversions, and smarter planning.

🚀 Feature Adoption = Game-Changer

• Be the face of new features: Meta comment automation, Google Calendar booking, and more.
• Run live demos, tutorials, and Q&As—on Zoom, YouTube, and social.

💬 Ongoing Support & Feedback Loop

• Keep it real with creators through chats, DMs, emails—whatever works.
• Gather their feedback and pass it on to our product team (you’ll help shape the future!).

📹 On-Camera Content

• Host weekly Q&As, record tutorials, and jump on camera to make feature launches *fun*.
• Basically, be the friendly face of pop.store.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications—or just a solid understanding of creator culture.
• Experience as a creator or working directly with digital creators.
• You’re a natural communicator (and not afraid to hit “record”).
• You speak fluent TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• You’re energized, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Passionate about helping others build something that lasts beyond algorithms.
