POSITION SUMMARY

As a Creative Assistant, you will be the creative right hand to the CEO, working closely on a wide range of projects from concept ideation to execution. You'll play an essential role in brainstorming innovative ideas across social media, editorial content, campaigns, and product development. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who is passionate about all things creative, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are a start-up, so no job is too big or too small for our team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the CEO to brainstorm and develop unique social media, editorial, and campaign concepts for the brand.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay on top of social media trends and emerging platforms to help inform creative strategies that keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
  • Content Development: Contribute fresh, out-of-the-box ideas for content that resonates with our audience, including product launches, campaigns, and community-driven initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Assist in cross-departmental creative projects, offering both creative and technical expertise to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual aesthetics.
  • Product Ideation: Work on product development concepts, helping to bring new and exciting ideas to the table that align with our brand's ethos and customer base.
  • General Creative Support: Provide assistance on a variety of creative tasks, including photo shoots, video production, and asset creation as needed.
  • Other Duties: Assist with additional creative responsibilities that may arise, ensuring a seamless workflow across all creative projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Passion for creativity and a keen interest in social media, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
  • Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to tackle any creative challenge.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
