Overview Coordinator - Seeded Radio, Music Programming, Part-time. Join to apply for the Coordinator - Seeded Radio, Music Programming, Part-time role at SiriusXM. SiriusXM and its brands (Pandora, SXM Media, AdsWizz, Simplecast, and SiriusXM Connected Vehicle Services) deliver subscription and ad-supported audio entertainment across platforms. This role supports Seeded Radio content purchasing and library maintenance, with cross-functional collaboration across Broadcast Engineering, IT, and Licensing/Reporting. What You’ll Do Coordinate efforts with support from Broadcast Engineering, IT and Programming Assist metadata backfill efforts, as needed Maintain music library / catalog tied to dedicated Seeded Radio Work with members of the Music Programming team to support radio programs and music channel library development Support creative processes, content development and production Load audio elements into the music automation system Enter song information and non-music elements into the automation system, maintaining required royalties data Develop understanding of music scheduling software and automation system Develop understanding of audio editing, fades and inserting correct digital markers to optimize sound based on selections and channel genre What You’ll Need Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Google Sheets 1+ years of experience in Media Library Maintenance and Expansion and/or Metadata management 4-Year College Degree or equivalent experience Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels Ability to work independently and in a team environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines Position is Hybrid, requiring 2+ in-office days per week Must have legal right to work in the U.S. At SiriusXM, compensation is determined by factors including background and experience. Base salary for this position is approximately $21/hr and may vary. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentives.
