About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead the operations of its acute-care facility. The CAO will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in all business development initiatives, working with the senior management team to identify and pursue business opportunities, and ensuring the facility meets regulatory and quality standards. This role involves serving as an internal consultant on major construction projects, overseeing the provision of excellent service to physicians, patients, and staff, and maintaining positive relations with the local community and leaders. Candidates for the CAO position at the company's acute-care facility must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a Master's degree, and 5-7 years of demonstrated successful leadership in an acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and analysis, experience in strategic planning, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Strong negotiating skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to the highest standards of ethical behavior are also required. The CAO will be expected to operate in a highly professional manner and to work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Financial Officer to manage costs and ensure the facility's financial health.
