In this role, you will document the company's financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and manage payroll. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting. 20 hours per week, can be done outside of business hours, could be an excellent opportunity for a 2nd job or a role for a stay-at-home parent. Responsibilities Enter financial data and transactions. Analyze budgets and other financial information. Reconcile bank statements. Prepare financial reports and statements. Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered. Qualifications Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Experience with reconciliations Good with experienced with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Flexible work from home options available.
