Job Opening: Bookkeeper (Part-Time/Flexible) – Falmouth, MA
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support two small, owner-operated retail businesses based in Falmouth, MA. One store operates primarily in-person, while the other is mostly remote, providing a dynamic and varied work environment.
Position Details:
· Location: Falmouth, MA (hybrid: some in-person, some remote)
· Hours: Flexible, part-time
· Compensation: Pay to be determined based on experience
Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate financial records for both businesses
· Handle accounts payable and receivable
· Reconcile bank statements
· Generate financial reports
· Coordinate with the owner and team as needed
· Send invoices
Requirements:
· Proficient in Quickbooks & Quickbooks Online.
· Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
· Strong attention to detail
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Prior bookkeeping experience required.
