Job Details We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex civil construction projects and preparing accurate cost estimates. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple civil construction projects from inception to completion
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals
• Develop project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
• Ensure project compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
• Analyze project performance and implement improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management and estimating
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and project management tools
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
