The position is full-time with a commitment of 40 hours per week, and you'll be required to have flexibility in your schedule, which may span Sunday to Saturday. Be prepared to work any of our 8-hour shifts between the hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM local time, including weekends.

We provide 3 - 4 weeks of comprehensive paid training where 100% attendance is expected. Training sessions will be conducted virtually, and you will need to be on camera to ensure engagement and interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 60 - 80 incoming calls daily from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits.
• Demonstrate active listening and ask appropriate questions while documenting information in our computer systems.
• Make outbound calls for follow-up support when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with computer applications, especially Windows PC and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM local time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a call center environment.
• Background in a virtual learning setting.
• Familiarity with healthcare or insurance services, including medical terminology.

All remote employees must adhere to our Telecommuter Policy, ensuring a secure and dedicated workspace. The expected pay range for this role is between $16.00 - $27.69 per hour, dependent on experience and local labor market conditions.
