Banquet Server-On Call About Magnolia Hotel Pegasus, the Flying Red Horse, shines as a vibrant icon from atop Magnolia Dallas Downtown, formerly the Magnolia Petroleum Company Building, one of the city's most revered structures. Built in 1922, this 400-foot high, 29 story structure was the first high-rise in the United States to have air conditioning and the city's first skyscraper. Responsibilities: •Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and buffet arrangements.
•Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests during events.
•Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to ensure an outstanding experience.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout and after events.
•Assist with clearing tables, breaking down event setups, and resetting for future functions. Follow company standards and safety procedures to ensure a smooth and professional operation.

- Previous banquet or restaurant service experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
