Job Description
Are you passionate about immigration law and eager to make a positive impact on people’s lives? Fayad Law, a growing immigration law firm, is seeking an experienced EOIR Immigration Attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for an attorney in the DC/VA/MD area who has experience with Master and Individual Hearings and is comfortable appearing in court 2-3 times per week. The position is hybrid, with work based in our Fairfax, Virginia office.

What We’re Looking For:
JD from an accredited law school
1-3 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on EOIR cases, Individual and Master Hearings
Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state, Virginia, Maryland and/or Washington DC. preferred
Spanish fluency (preferred)
Ability to independently and collaboratively handle cases in a fast-paced environment
Cultural sensitivity and empathy for clients from diverse backgrounds
Availability to attend court in the DC/VA/MD area 2-3 times per week
Salary starting at $92,000 commensurate with experience
