Title : Project Coordinator

Location: Albany, MN OR Brighton, CO

Pay: $75,000-$100,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

About the Role

Insight Global is seeking an Outsourcing Coordinator to support the management of outsourced drafting, checking, and engineering work. This role combines technical expertise in Revit with strong project coordination skills. You’ll ensure accurate data flow between models and ERP systems, track project milestones, and serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and maintain Revit models for accuracy; identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure seamless data integration between Revit and Wells’ ERP system (Concrete Vision).
• Track project deadlines, drawings, tickets, and steel orders.
• Communicate with outsourced partners and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Participate in occasional project meetings with architects, owners, and external partners.
• (If engineering background) Perform technical checks on outsourced engineering work.
• Assist with obtaining quotes and scheduling outsourced work as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Revit and understanding of model management.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in drafting or engineering (0–7 years experience).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Concrete Vision or similar).
• Construction or precast concrete industry experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
