Are you a motivated individual with experience in property management and a knack for using Appfolio software? We're looking for a talented Appfolio Bookkeeper to join our team! This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our clients' success.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze a variety of accounting issues using Appfolio software to provide effective solutions.
- Review and troubleshoot owner statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger issues to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to address their needs and inquiries.
- Manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines for multiple clients, ensuring all responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.
- Embrace the remote work environment by demonstrating strong self-motivation and independence.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Appfolio is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to evaluate and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Slack, Gmail, Asana, and Google Suite.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
