Opportunity : Primarily nights and swing shift Hospitalist Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join the hospitalist team providing inpatient care at Lawrence General Hospital, a Level III Trauma Center, with opportunities for academic appointments and leadership development.
Details:
Provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult hospitalized patients
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Communicate with patients and families regarding care plans and progress
Ensure safe transitions of care at shift changes and discharge
Document care and billing in the Meditech Expanse EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, hospital committees, and teaching
7-on / 7-off block scheduling model
Tufts University School of Medicine academic appointments available
CME stipend provided
Visa candidates welcome
Opportunity to participate in the Lawrence General Hospital Leadership Academy
Spanish language skills a plus but not required
Compensation:
Base pay range: $130.00 $145.00 per hour, based on experience, education, licensure, and internal equity
