What You'll Do:
Assist with property maintenance and curb appeal
Track and manage inventory of parts and supplies
Follow safety guidelines and perform preventive maintenance
Complete resident service requests promptly
Diagnose and repair HVAC issues (certification required)
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Perform touch-up painting and ensure apartment homes are ready for move-in
Maintain common areas, pools, and outdoor spaces
What We're Looking For:
Experience in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A commitment to excellent customer service
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Strong knowledge in HVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA Certification required)
Proficient with hand and power tools
Experience with electrical, plumbing, drywall/painting, carpentry, tile, and appliance installation/repair
Technical & Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Some college or technical school preferred)
Maintenance certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA, CPO
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
Reliable transportation
Own tools and equipment
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
