Position Overview: Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products.
Responsibilities: - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
- Manage and maintain client accounts in CRM system
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager and or Director of Operations

Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or other related fields. Experience working with small businesses a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all walks of life.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
