Several years of experience in Workday HCM (Human Capital Management), with potential exposure to Payroll .
Strong understanding of core HCM processes such as:
Open Enrollment
Recruiting
Profile Grades
Bonus/Preferred Experience:
Experience with mergers/acquisitions , specifically onboarding a newly acquired company into an existing Workday HCM and Payroll environment.
Ability to work in a remote setup and deliver on short-term project requirements.
