This is a remote position.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Booking Agent . This role involves assisting both leisure and corporate clients in planning and booking memorable travel experiences around the globe. If you enjoy travel, have strong organizational skills, and love helping others bring their vacation plans to life, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will be responsible for researching, planning, and coordinating travel services including flights, lodging, transportation, and entertainment.
Design and deliver customized travel itineraries tailored to client needs
Gather and assess travel preferences and requirements to provide personalized recommendations
Stay informed through continuous education and training to maintain certification and industry knowledge
Participate in training webinars and vendor presentations to specialize in destinations and travel services
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance service offerings
Provide budget-friendly travel options aligned with client expectations
Maintain current knowledge of travel regulations, restrictions, and industry trends
Create and distribute promotional content for marketing purposes
Manage client communications before, during, and after travel
Respond to travel inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the planning or travel phases
Keep client and trip details organized within internal systems
Establish and maintain relationships with tour operators and travel partners
Must be 18 years of age or older
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Internet-capable smartphone required; access to a computer is highly recommended
Personal travel experience is beneficial but not essential
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting
