Job Title: Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled welder with expertise in either MIG or TIG welding to join our team. This role offers the option of working either the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM or the 2nd shift from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, located in Salem, OH.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on Aluminum or Steel.
Engage in production welding and occasional fabrication shop welding.
Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges.
Set up welding machines according to job specifications and welding procedures.
Utilize robotic welders as needed.
Ensure products fit according to blueprint specifications.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in MIG or TIG welding with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably with Aluminum.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with structural steel or aluminum
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with sheet metal, stainless steel, mild steel, and production welding.
Knowledge of fabrication, fitting, and blueprint reading.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
