What You'll Do: \n - \n MIG Welding : Perform MIG welding to join metal parts, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
\n - \n Production Task Execution : Follow process sheets, blueprints, or verbal instructions from the supervisor to complete production tasks accurately.
\n - \n Material Handling : Maneuver large or heavy parts manually or with the assistance of a crane, as required.
\n - \n Weld Inspection & Finishing : Inspect welds throughout the process for quality, using grinding tools as necessary to achieve desired finishes.
\n - \n Machine & Workspace Maintenance : Keep machines and work areas clean and adhere to safety protocols.
\n - \n Quality Control : Inspect finished work to ensure it meets predetermined tolerances and standards.
\n - \n Cross-Functional Support : Assist in other areas or departments as assigned to meet production needs.

What You'll Bring: \n - \n MIG Welding Experience : Prior experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical schooling is required.
\n - \n Additional Welding Skills : Experience with Flux Core welding is a plus.
\n - \n Tool Proficiency : Familiarity with grinding tools, drill presses, and ironwork is advantageous.
\n - \n Communication & Documentation : Basic oral communication skills; ability to read and understand written instructions in English and complete basic logs and reports in English.
\n - \n Physical Capability : Physically able to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components as required.
\n - \n Attendance & Compliance : Ability to work scheduled hours and adhere to company timekeeping and all other policies.
\n - \n Shift Endurance : Ability to consistently stand for the entire duration of the shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.
\n - \n Mechanical Knowledge : General mechanical knowledge is beneficial.
\n - \n Team Orientation : Able to work cooperatively with others and contribute as a team player.
\n - \n Attention to Detail : Demonstrates accuracy and reliability in all tasks.

- \n 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
