We are hiring a Web Developer!

***This position is responsible for taking designs and assets created by our Graphics department and using WordPress and Beaver Builder to develop them into fully functional and responsive homepages for client websites. Attention to detail and a solid understanding of CSS and responsive design are required. Previous experience with Beaver Builder is not required, though experience with it, or similar page builders, is beneficial.***

Job Title: Web Developer

Location: Fully Remote

Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000 a year, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Summary: The Web Developer role is responsible for building and maintaining client websites. The Development department focuses on leveraging the individual strengths of each team member in order to create efficient workflows. Our websites are developed with WordPress, requiring proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, Google Services, and other APIs.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement backend solutions as needed.
• Develop homepages that match the designs created by our Creative Department; ensuring they are visually appealing, responsive, and functional.
• Manage DNS records and database tasks for website launches.
• Perform ongoing maintenance tasks, such as content edits and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Work with Google Services and other APIs for enhanced website functionality.
• Maintain and utilize documentation of development processes and changes.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of WordPress development experience
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A continuous learning mindset, staying up to date on new technologies and development best practices.
