Quality Control Supervisor

Position Type: Full-time salaried position that is eligible for commissions/bonuses based on performance. This is a remote role.

This is primarily a remote position as your office will be 100% home based. There will be occasional times where you might need to go visit a customer site.

Job Summary:

The WX QC Supervisor is responsible for virtually managing 10-20 trucks and the day-to-day operations in the field, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and a great customer experience.

1. Team Supervision:
   1. Manage Mass Save work and ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of projects.
   2. Supervise the activities of 4-7 Crew Leads, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to Mass Save and company best practice for safety and quality.
   3. Conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback to management, and ensure crews receive proper training.
2. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
   1. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
   2. Conduct virtual site inspections to assess workmanship, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
   3. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among field crew.
3. Administrative:
   1. Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software reports, cases, inputs, and truck inspections.
   2. Achieve weekly revenue, NPS, documentation, and quality targets.
   3. Complete daily closeout inspections.
4. Perform additional tasks as required.

Education & Experience:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of HomeWorks university training.
• Crew Lead and Lead Safe certifications a plus.
• Obtain OSHA 30 certification.
• 2+ years of Mass Save install experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This is a supervisory role that may include overseeing and managing a team or department.

Work Environment:

Remote position: This position is in the employee’s residence and requires the employee to have a workspace free of distraction during work hours to perform job duties.

Physical Demands:

Requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time, performing tasks on a computer, the ability to move within the office to attend meetings, access equipment, or interact with colleagues.
