Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Wage: $18/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7am-5pm

QPS Employment is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join a team for a company in Waterloo, IA! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders in the warehouse, ensuring products are picked, packed, and ready for delivery. You will work with a variety of construction materials and use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools to efficiently move products throughout the warehouse. If you're motivated, safety-conscious, and have previous forklift experience, we encourage you to apply. This is an associate to hire role.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read work order slips to determine the items that need to be picked
- Perform order picking of construction materials (such as buckets, doors, gutters, shingles, etc.) using a forklift (after training) and manually
- Build and secure pallets of products, and shrink-wrap completed pallets for delivery
- Use a pallet jack to move pallets to the dock doors for customer pickups or delivery

Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for the entire shift
- Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience
