Join to apply for the VP, Lifestyle Markets Analytics role at Synchrony15 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicantsRole Summary/Purpose: This VP, Lifestyle Markets Analytics is responsible for developing analytics agenda aligned to long-term vision and financial goals of the Platform. This individual will provide end-to-end analytics for Luxury, Music, Specialty Merchants & Outdoors Industry. Responsibilities include strategic initiatives design, roadmaps development, framework building, and influencing implementation to show impact.Key Responsibilities include:Develop analytics strategies and lead delivery supporting Lifestyle markets, focusing on Luxury, Music, Specialty Merchants & Outdoors industries.Partner with enterprise and cross-platform teams to develop scalable analytical frameworks.Own analytics for Secured Installment Loan products, including customer behavior, profitability, and product feature optimization.Stay updated on data and analytics tools, advocating for advanced capabilities.Research and explore data sources to enhance data maturity of Lifestyle Markets.Collaborate with sales and growth teams to establish learning agendas and develop merchant engagement and marketing strategies.Work with cross-functional teams to provide insights that optimize profitability.Create and share analytics best practices and use cases to drive impact.Use diverse data sources to recommend business actions for incremental growth.Influence business decisions through data storytelling and advocate for data-driven approaches.Collaborate with analytics centers of excellence and share capabilities with stakeholders.Establish performance review processes and drive program growth and efficiency.Mentor junior analysts and oversee analytics project delivery.Enhance reporting and measurement tools for better productivity and actionability.Act as a trusted advisor for complex business problems, delivering actionable insights.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience, with 9+ years in marketing analytics within financial services or payments industry. At least 7+ years of data analytics experience, including 5+ years with SAS or SQL, and Tableau. Experience leading large-scale projects and client management is required.Preferred Characteristics: Advanced degree or MBA, proficiency with Salesforce, strong KPI understanding, experience with machine learning, and advanced skills in Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of credit card products, secured loans, and SMB analytics is a plus.The salary range is $135,000 - $230,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses. Compensation depends on experience and market adjustments.Eligibility: Must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and willing to undergo background checks and drug testing.
