Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Assistant to support our busy team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with administrative, organizational, and project management tasks. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will help our team stay focused and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to managing emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects.
- Assist with social media management and content creation.
- Monitor and reply to emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with team members to ensure all tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping and financial management tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and Quickbooks is a plus.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
