*Compensation & Benefits*
Salary: $150,000 – $225,000
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Allowance
Health, Dental, and Vision Allowance
401(k) with 3% Company Match
PTO: 2 weeks after 90 days; 3 weeks after 1 year
Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave (4 weeks per pregnancy)
Veterinary Expense Coverage for Personal Pets
$5,000 CE Allowance + 5 Paid CE Days
Paid Professional Licenses & Memberships (NCVMA, AVMA, DEA, PLIT, NC Privilege License, NCVMB)
