Job Description

Our client, a global aerospace and manufacturing leader, is seeking a Production Scheduler to join their team. As a Production Scheduler, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting the Production Planning and Execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication skills, which will align well with the organization.

Job Title: Production Scheduler
Location: Torrance, CA 90504
Pay Range: $35/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Interview Process: TEAMS Interview

What's the Job?

• Manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure finish date accuracy
• Confirm material and capacity availability before releasing production orders
• Monitor production progress to ensure execution aligns with the plan
• Drive actions to resolve aging work-in-progress (WIP) orders
• Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving issues impacting schedule execution

What's Needed?

• U.S. Citizenship
• 1+ years of experience in production scheduling or related field
• Strong understanding of material planning and capacity management
• Experience with monitoring production operations and resolving WIP issues
• Familiarity with project recovery planning and root cause analysis
