They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust & Estate Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join their Sacramento team. The ideal candidate is a motivated and knowledgeable attorney with a strong background in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, and is capable of managing complex matters independently while providing exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts (revocable and irrevocable), durable powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Handle trust and estate administration, including probate filings, trust funding, and fiduciary accountings.
• Advise clients on tax planning strategies, wealth transfer, charitable giving, and asset protection.
• Collaborate with the firm’s business, real estate, and tax attorneys to provide integrated planning for clients.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
• 7+ years of focused experience in trusts, estates, and probate law.
• Strong working knowledge of estate, gift, and income tax implications.
