Position Title: Traveling Superintendent

Location: Texas (in-state travel)

Pay: $80K-$100K

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Our clients are Top ENR general contractors and developers seeking talented Superintendents nationwide. They offer a competitive salary + bonus, excellent benefits, and additional perks! Our client seeks a Traveling Superintendent for in-state Texas-based projects, primarily restaurants, offices, and dental offices.

Ideally, the right candidate is in or near the Dallas area, but candidates can reside anywhere in Texas for travel to project sites statewide. This client has experienced growth and has multiple projects in the commercial retail space.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the projects
• Serve as the leader for all on-site safety, managing a safe job site for all involved
• Foster good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project
• Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads
• Organize facilities/utilities

Requirements

• Experience: commercial ground-up, and remodel/TI of the following: offices, dental, and restaurants (restaurant experience required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Project and Procore (file sharing)
• Stable work history and good tenure with references

Benefits

• $80-$100K with benefits
• $40 daily per diem
• in-state travel only (Texas)
