HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Farmington, New Mexico.
• Shift: day shift (6-4:30p or 7:30-6p), second shift (12:30p-11p)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekend Hours: 10 (staff every other weekend)
• Call Requirements: yes, ~7 days per month, must be within 20 mins of hospital
• Required Certifications: PharmD (or equivalent), NM BoP license
• Years of Experience: flexible
• Shifts vary from 6am-4:30p, 7:30a-6p, and 12:30p-11p. Most Pharmacists work 70 hrs per pay period, but we can ensure 80 hrs are scheduled if desired. Remote Pharmacy services handle overnight order verification, however we do have a local Pharmacist on-call each night. This individual must be within 20 minutes of the hospital. We average ~4 call-ins per month. The evening Pharmacist shift (12:30-11p) is expected to be the person designated to be on-call that night.
