American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist with ARRT certification and proficiency in C-arm and O-arm procedures, including OR coverage.

\n \n Responsibilities\n
  • Work in a variety of healthcare settings including outpatient, inpatient, Operating Room, and Level I Trauma environments
  • Perform X-ray procedures for surgical interventions and provide C-arm and O-arm coverage in the OR
  • Shifts are either 5x8 or 4x10 hours on 2nd shift, starting at 10 or 11 AM
  • Includes call responsibilities as part of the schedule
  • Position involves working closely with both surgical and medical teams
  • Collaborate with both surgical and medical teams to ensure optimal patient care and equipment safety
  • RTO must be included in contract requests
  • Locals are accepted at the same pay rate
  • Former employees must be away at least 6 months to be eligible for travel assignments
  • Current employees of the facility are not eligible for travel positions
  • Two professional references required, including at least one supervisor, manager, or formal leader
  • Candidates must promptly complete fingerprinting as part of the credentialing process

  • Valid ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with preference for Level I Trauma or teaching hospital experience
  • Proficiency with C-arm and O-arm operations in surgical settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • License required if applicable
