\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state\n
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience\n
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association\n
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment\n
• Eligible for travel nursing (must reside 60+ miles from Hickory, NC)\n

\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Medical Surgical unit\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress\n
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans\n
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions\n
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with healthcare regulations\n
