Training and Development Manager – York, PA The Opportunity Our client, a unique and agile custom manufacturer working in a variety of industries, has engaged us to identify a Training and Development Manager for their York, PA location. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive training systems that align with the operational excellence framework and business objectives.
