Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Automotive Title and Registration specialist with exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail to join us in our team.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Processes vehicle titles with precision and accuracy
• Researches vehicle titles and resolves issues in a timely manner
• Meets company timelines in processing titles and resolving title issues
• Understands and follows corresponding state title processing guidelines
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with this position
• Provide support and guidance for title runners in their daily routines

Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ office experience required, in the automotive industry preferred
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience required; intermediate Excel Skills required
• Basic data entry skills
• Ability to type accurately at approximately 50 wpm
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills required
• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve with a strong work ethic
• Valid U.S. Driver's license and good driving record
• Maintain knowledge of DMV laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered notary in the state of Georgia
• Processing Georgia state title requests
• Familiarity with the Fleet companies and fleet title work
