As a Title Processing Specialist, you are there when it counts: assisting policyholders in all 50 states after their vehicles have been declared a total loss. Accidents and natural disasters are traumatic experiences, and it takes a special dedicated person to assist and support our customers during these situations. Through our paid, industry-leading training, you'll learn how to ensure a smooth insurance claims handling process by interacting with customers, financial institutions, and our internal staff to compile paperwork and issue claims payments .
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a demonstrated willingness to learn, is open to feedback, and adapts well to change.
