Description:

• Process title and registration: Prepare, submit, and track all documents for new, used, and transferred vehicle titles and registrations.
• Ensure legal and financial accuracy: Verify vehicle ownership, check for errors on applications, prepare tax documents, and confirm funds for processing.
• Manage inventory: Update and maintain accurate inventory information for the dealership.
• Maintain compliance: Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations.
• Communicate with stakeholders: Interact with customers to explain the title process, as well as communicate with dealers, lenders, and other relevant parties.
• Handle administrative tasks: Perform other duties such as sending out contracts for signatures or preparing payoff checks.
• Automotive Deal Booking experience a huge plus as we cross-train responsibilities with multi-store processing. 

• Must have 2+ years of automotive experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with CDK and EZ-Title preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with DMV regulations is essential.
