Prepare and process title applications for new and used vehicles. Process paperwork to establish or transfer ownership of a vehicle, such as handling registration paperwork, license plate tags, and tax documents. Verify accuracy of VIN number, odometer reading, releases of liens, and titles. Enter financial data into the accounting system and verify for accuracy. Submit title paperwork. Monitor and update customer accounts. Resolve title discrepancies, missing documents, or errors. Send out bills or contracts for signing. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Communicate with customers and provide updates in tag process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma required. 2-3 years prior experience in a Title Clerk role. Strong communication skills both internal and external. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
