The EngageCX Team Lead will be responsible for individual agent performance for a team of 10-20. Must be able to guide, motivate, and coach your team to ensure calls are professional and in accordance with EngageCX’ s guidelines and procedures while creating and implementing effective customer service techniques to increase production per agent, drive compliance, and ensure accurate administrative activities.
This full-time position works primarily Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific - 40 hours weekly.
The specific hours and compensation will be discussed during the interview.

______________________________Two years of previous remote call center and/or supervisory experience.
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to guide, motivate, and manage a team, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computer systems, including call center systems, call metrics, and other relevant technologies.
Experience in performance evaluation, coaching, and mentoring to promote personal development within the team.
Pass a complete Felony and HIPPA background check. (This is at no cost to the applicant and does not include a credit check)
