Applications for Huey & Associates’ Summer 2026 Tax Internships are open! Our internships serve as a valuable first step in a long-term career with H&A. At the conclusion of your internship with Huey & Associates, you’ll have gained extensive practical knowledge and made lasting connections with your fellow interns, partners and everyone in between.

• Training, both formal and on-the-job, throughout the duration of your internship
• Opportunity to prepare tax returns from start to finish
• Exposure to multiple types of tax returns (individuals, businesses, trusts, etc.) for clients in various industries
• A warm and inclusive culture

What We Expect From You

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field with the goal to obtain the credit hours necessary to become a CPA
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Positive attitude and a growth mindset

Start date flexible.

Work location: in-person in Herndon, VA
